  • Insight into counselling and use of counselling skills
  • Multidisciplinary team working including meetings, visits with the Community Nurse Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Complementary Therapy Team
  • Holistic care person centred care encompassing physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual care
  • Essential nursing care, including various clinical procedures
  • Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients’ care
  • Discharge planning
  • Teaching and education including one-to-one mentorship and teaching sessions
