Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a wonderful positive way to remember and to celebrate their life while helping others to receive our care when they need it most.
If your loved one has requested that a collection is made for our hospice at their funeral, donations made in lieu of flowers or if you feel that it is what they would have wanted, we can provide envelopes to help with this.
The envelope includes a Gift Aid section ensuring that we can claim an additional 25p for every £1 donated at no cost to the donor. If you wish to put details about Woking & Sam Beare Hospice on the order of service please contact us. The Funeral Director will be happy to help with this.
You can also make a donation online or download a form here and either email, post or pop it into the hospice. If you prefer to send a cheque, please make it payable to Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and write the name of who you are remembering on the back.
