Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is proud to work with a wide range of clinical, medical, healthcare and social care services across Surrey.

We work with General Practitioners [GP], Community Teams, District Nurses and hospital Palliative Care Teams, as well as with nursing homes, social services and ambulance services and funeral directors, and part of our remit is to provide these professionals with support as and when required.

We are keen to knowledge and best practice share and we welcome all practitioners to get in touch or to visit us. It is our aim to work closely with you and we are here to help and support in any way that we can.
