Susie Baker
Counselling Services Manager
Susie has been a Counsellor/Psychotherapist for over 20 years, initially working with families in crisis.
She came to Woking Hospice as a counselling volunteer, and then took over the counselling service before she became the Counselling Services Manager for Woking and Sam Beare Hospice.
Susie was trained as an Integrative therapist and has gained her accreditation. She has also completed the CRUSE training and is qualified to supervise individuals and groups.
Susie leads a team of qualified Counsellors/Psychotherapists, who volunteer their time to the hospice because they believe passionately in what we do. She feels that it is an enormous privilege to work with our patients and families and to lead our wonderful counselling team.
