I have been a Trustee at the Hospice since 2017, a role that I was more than happy to fulfil thanks to the great care that my father-in-law received at the Hospice some years ago.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, I am able to bring my expertise to the finance side of the Hospice and am Chairman of the Finance and Sustainability Committee.
I live in Shepperton and have three grown-up children. We hold a yearly musical festival called Laughing Stock at our home which my wife and I perform in alongside some other great bands. We have been doing this in aid of the Hospice for the past eighteen years and I’m proud to say it has raised a total of around £120,000.
Since retiring, I have also started appearing in TV shows as an extra which is a lot of fun. My family are incredibly grateful for the support the Hospice gave my father-in-law and I am glad that I can now be part of the team and hope to continue to see the Hospice thrive.
