Christa Swingler Deputy Clinical Administration Manager I initially joined the Hospice as a volunteer receptionist before becoming a permanent member of staff in 2010. I have had several roles within the Hospice, first starting in the Executive Services Team before moving across to the Clinical Admin Team in 2012. My current role as Deputy Clinical Administration Manager is to work alongside the Clinical Administration Manager, the Senior Management Team, and the Clinical Admin Team to support them, and the wider clinical teams. The role is varied and fast-paced, and at times challenging but it is enjoyable and worthwhile and an important department within the Hospice workforce. The Hospice is a great place to work, I consider it a privilege to work alongside such dedicated colleagues. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I particularly enjoy reading and I take any opportunity I get to visit the coast.
