Carina Kemp
Trustee
Carina has been a Trustee since January 2021.
Carina graduated from the University of Sheffield with a B.A. in Urban Studies, and then a Masters in Economic Geography, Queens University, Canada.
Carina’s career has focused on leading global corporate transformation programmes driving improvements across product, people, operational processes and customer insight. She started her career at PA Consulting in the UK and then moved to New Zealand before joining HSBC Bank plc in both UK and global roles. Since 2017 she has successfully transferred her skills to support charitable organisations including Woking & Sam Beare Hospice, the Prince’s Trust and Trailblazers Mentoring. Carina has been volunteering with the Hospice since 2018.
Carina lives locally and is married with two children.
