Welcome to Egham Books

Hello, my name is Anya and I’m the manager here at the Sam Beare Bookshop in Egham.

In July 2023 we moved to The White House in the centre of Egham High Street. We now have a lot more space both in the shop and the store rooms, so can accept more donations.
We sell a wide range of books, comics, vinyl, jigsaws, puzzles, music and collectibles.

We hold events too including; Comic Fest, Jigsaw Jamboree and Vinyl Weekends, please pop in the shop for details or follow us on wsbhospices_shops

We look forward to seeing you soon

Welcome to Egham Books

Donating goods

We welcome all donations of good quality new and pre-owned items that are in good used condition and in working order.

Please note: We are unable to take donations on Sundays.

Guide to what donations we can accept

When donating larger quantities please take them straight to our Warehouse located on the Lansbury Estate, Knaphill, which is open Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm and Saturdays 9:30am - 12pm.

Find full information on how and where you can donate here.

Don't forget to sign up to Gift Aid when you are donating goods as it will increase the value of your donation by 25%. Find out more about Gift Aid here.

We politely ask that you do NOT leave your donations outside a closed shop or the Warehouse. This could become a Health & Safety issue and the Council will view this as fly-tipping.
