Go Grab Life Walk

Join us for our Go Grab Life Walk at the beautiful  De Vere Horsley Estate on Sunday 19th May.

Set amidst acres of Surrey parkland the De Vere Horsley Estate has history and heritage at every turn, the Go Grab Life walk can be either a 4km or 8km route around the estate taking in the stunning Horsley Towers and its beautiful lake. Gather family, friends and colleagues to make memories and Go Grab Life in aid of hospice care.

The name Go Grab Life was inspired by one of our patients Nicky Newman, a breast cancer campaigner who shared her journey on social media, her positive and honest outlook inspired others to "Go Grab Life" and make precious memories.  Nicky was cared for by the the hospice in 2023, providing palliative care to her whilst living at home before coming into the hospice in September.

Our patient's and their families are at the heart of everything we do, supporting those living with a terminal or life limiting illness with compassion and empathy.

With your support we can continue to care for our community when they need us the most.

Alongside the walk will be our event village with fun activities, music, refreshments, and more for all to enjoy before and after the walk.

Registration fees: 

Adults £18 includes Go Grab Life t-shirt and finishers medal

Children [under 16] £12 includes Go Grab Life t-shirt and finishers medal

Children [under 5] £5 includes finishers medal

Children [under 5] Free no medal

Dogs [well behaved and kept on a lead] £3

Whilst there is no set sponsorship target for Go Grab Life the registration fee helps to cover the cost of the event so we would encourage and be very grateful if those taking part would endeavour to raise any money they can through sponsorship or by making a donation during registration.

To enable us to continue to care for our patients and their loved ones year on year we need to fundraise two thirds of our running costs, with your help we can provide this care.
