Chobham Carnival May Bank Holiday

Come and join us at Chobham Carnival on the 6th May, watch the procession and enjoy the attractions and entertainment in Chobham Recreation Ground. The Rec gates open at 11am and the procession moves off from Chobham Rugby Club at 11.10am. We will be serving refreshments in the pavillion from 11am with all of the profits going towards our hospice care.

THE 2024 Carnival will be living up to its reputation of staging some amazing entertainment.

Daredevils from The Stannage Stunt Team will wow the crowd by soaring through flames on motorbikes and dropping from height while on fire.

In keeping with the procession’s theme of Prehistoric, a life-size dinosaur will be strolling among carnival-goers at Chobham’s big community event on the May Bank Holiday Monday.

But don’t fear any Jurassic Park terror – the beast will be providing a friendly taste of the type of wildlife that inhabited the planet many millions of years ago.

Also providing spectacular displays in the arena will be a team from Prime Acrobatics and dancers from Street Vibes. And Chobham Rock Choir will be performing during the day in its distinctive style.
