The need for our nurses to still go into patient homes and on to the in-patient ward is still here and with the challenges we face we continue delivering the same exceptional care.
Your support enables us to achieve our mission, working alongside our NHS colleagues and other healthcare and social care providers to be a centre of excellence delivering specialist palliative care to people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses across North-West Surrey.
We have adapted our ways of working to still be able to offer holistic care and provide families and carers with guidance and advice so that they too remain well and best abled to support their loved one who is affected by a terminal illness.
