Let's Light up a Life together
Although the festive season is full of light and sparkle it can be an incredibly difficult time for those missing a loved one. So we invite you to join us at one of our Light up a Life services, a time to come together to reflect and celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us.
Our Light up a Life Services for 2023
We are incredibly grateful to both St Andrews and St Dunstan's Church for supporting and hosting our Light up a Life services.
Our non-religious service led by Celebrant Mary Morgan is back in the grounds of the Hospice, this service will be held in a marquee outside so please make sure you wrap up warm and dress appropriately.
The services are free to attend but you do need to register we have limited numbers especially at the non-religious service at the hospice.
Light refreshments will be provided after all of the services.
Switching on the Memory Tree lights
On the 1st December we will also be switching on the lights of our Memory Tree in the Garden Café at the Hospice, decorated with our star dedications, anyone from our community is welcome to send in a Memory Star to hang on the tree.
The stars will be available at all of the the Light up a Life services and in the Garden Café throughout December if you would like to add your own dedication to the tree and are on our mailing list you will receive a star through the post or call our Supporter Care Team who will be happy to post one out to you. Alternatively you can download and print a star.
